Aspect Landscape were instructed to prepare a Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment and illustrative landscape proposals for the redevelopment of the existing Desborough Bowls Club site at York Road, Maidenhead.
The proposal included two seven-storey buildings and an eight-storey building comprising 154 apartments with communal courtyard gardens and was submitted for planning in 2017.
