Aspect Landscape Planning were appointed to undertake the landscape design to support the planning application for a residential development at Sydney Road, Watford by Jaysam Contractors. The development consists of two multi-storey apartment blocks linked by a first floor podium. Aspect were appointed to design the landscaping at ground floor level which includes a play area and the landscaping of several communal roof terraces at various levels of the building. Detailed hard and soft landscape plans were produced for the ground floor, first floor podium and the communal roof terraces. A detailed play space design was produced along with visualisations of the proposed play area to support the application.
